At Villa 707, our project in Al Barari neighborhood we delivered a one-of-a-kind, fully integrated home automation system along with architectural lighting across the property. The entertainment spaces - a private cinema, indoor pool, jacuzzi, massage room and games room, were each brought into the system, allowing residents to move seamlessly from one experience to the next without ever touching a separate control.
A sound system was extended across the main living areas, paired with a comprehensive security system and an intercom that welcomes guests at the door. Every electrical accessory was selected to match the luxury finishes throughout the property, ensuring the technology feels as considered as the interiors it lives within.
